Mike Welcome to MacBoulder.com, the home for MacAssist, LLC in Boulder Colorado.

The MacAssist team are experienced, knowledgeable, good-looking (enough) and charming Mac experts serving the Boulder County area. We excel at holding hands and explaining things in a way that empowers our clients to do more with their computers. Mike McDaniel

Mike has been an Apple Macintosh consultant in Boulder County since 1998. Many times computers will start to magically start working again when he shows up, and he takes offense when they don't.

Mike has been known to help set up new computers, install wireless networks, assist with backups, help with that cool new iThingy you just got, and solve problems even the Apple Geniuses get stumped on. He can also work in a corporate environments assisting in Mac OS X server installations, computer imaging and setup via NetBoot (prefers "DeployStudio"), iOS setup via enterprise utilities, backup recommendations and deployment, and regular maintenance contracts.

Mike takes baths regularly, likes people more than computers, smiles, and loves empowering the end user and takes the time to explain what he's doing and why (for those who are interested). When was the last time you had an IT geek like that? <cough>Nick Burns<cough>

When Mike is not out saving the world, his wife Joni, and twin boys Matthew and Jordan distract him with many non-computer related things.

Our rates are $65/hour for hand-holding and tutoring, and $85/hour for fixit & saving-the-world issues. Our years of experience allow us to diagnose and repair computers quickly so you can get back to doing whatever you need to do with that thing.

We accept PayPal, credit cards, checks or cash. Payment is at time of service unless you have a note from your mother.
